Delete your account
You can delete your Huphi Community account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app: Profile → Delete account.

What is deleted
- Your login (email or Google/Apple sign-in) — you will no longer be able to sign in.
- Your email address and mobile number captured by the app.
- Notification tokens for your devices, pending online payments, and visitor invitations that have not been used.
What your body corporate keeps
Your scheme is legally required to keep certain records even after you delete your account. These stay with the scheme’s register for your unit and are no longer linked to a login:
- Levy charges, payments, receipts and statements.
- Meeting attendance, proxies, votes and minutes.
- Maintenance requests, complaints, inspections and their outcomes.
- Gate access records and emergency (SOS) alerts, for security and safety.
- Your name and unit in the owners’/occupants’ register, which the managing agent maintains.
To have those records corrected or removed where the law allows, contact your managing agent or our Information Officer as described in the privacy policy.
